Tariffs
There will be tariffs when the maximum side length of a parcel exceeds 60cm. This typically occurs in around 5% of cases. If a tariff applies, we will cover 20% of the cost. In most cases, customs duties range from $0–$20 per piece.
Compensation for Late Delivery
If your order is delayed, we sincerely regret the inconvenience and will provide compensation equal to 10% of the order price for delayed shipments. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
